My Story
My work is informed by an eight year career in healthcare including three years in mental health and my own journey of self-discovery as an international adoptee, daughter, wife, mom, and business owner with a busy, ADHD mind.
For many years, I wrapped myself up in labels, roles, and responsibilities and had lost touch with my true self. I was in my deepest darkest hole and it was only when I shed light into the darkest places did I finally find peace. I thought the dark would pull me under. I didn’t realize that by facing the “dark” - your shadow, your fears, spaces where you hold guilt and shame, when your bring light to the dark, you are free!
