As a former people pleasing overachiever who worked 8 years in healthcare, through my own journey of managing my anxiety, healing from past wounds and old subconscious programs, I was able to shift and evolve from an occupational therapist in health care, to stress management consultant, to now spiritual coach, psychic medium, and speaker.

Let’s just say, if I hadn’t taken the deep dive to go within, face the dark, and shed the old layers, I’d likely still be in a ridiculously good paying healthcare job, feeling miserable and lousy inside but pretending like it all made sense when inside it just, didn’t.
