Today, let's dive into the powerful interview I had with Meredith McCowan. A Professional Astrologer practicing in St. Paul, MN. Astrology found its way to her after a lifelong interest in science, metaphysics, astronomy, and spirituality. We had a great conversation on topics like dreams, intuition, and astrology. It was truly eye-opening, and I can't wait to share some highlights with you.
Meredith shares 3 areas of our chart we can dive more into- our sun sign (what many of us think of - i.e. related to horoscopes and our birthday month), our moon sign, and the rising sign. She shares our rising sign represents the energy we project when meeting others for the first time. It's the initial impression we make.
Astrology, in itself, is an incredible tool for self-discovery. When we look at our birth charts, we capture the energy of the planets and their symbolism at the very moment we took our first breath. It doesn't matter if we were born via c-section or natural birth; what matters is that first inhalation of life. Astrologers freeze that sky and use it as a roadmap for guiding us through our personal and spiritual journeys.
Meredith shares more in the episode on how the different planets also play a role in how we show up in life and goes through each planet to describe what insight it can provide us.
