…lonely…
…like you're running into a wall.
And I just want you to know you're not alone. As a confidence coach for female entrepreneurs specializing in somatics and subconscious mind coaching, it’s important for me to also stay connected & find community. Because sometimes we need a magical community to pull us forward. I just got back from a 2 day retreat with my mentor, James Wedmore, at our Next Level business coaching mastermind & I'm here to share my 8 takeaways so you can be on the ride with me and learn & grow too! 🌿🌿
**1. Everything is Energy:**
(Thanks Jill - listen to her episode on the podcast here.) Ask yourself - how am I showing up for my community and my people? Not just the words I'm saying, but my energetic & emotional presence? Reflect on how your energetic and emotional presence impacts your community and clients. Explore the concept of being a magnet and a light for those around you.
**2. Voice Mastery and Subconscious Healing:**
Which leads me to another reminder & eye opener I needed - if you're a human selling your stuff through in person interactions / via your podcast, video, lives / have you considered how your voice is coming across? I've been doing a deep dive into subconscious healing since 2023 and WHOA - so much goes on BELOW the surface and your future client/colleagues can hear it IN YOUR VOICE. With our voice we can either be “calling in” our people, or actually repelling them away. To learn more on this - check out Tracy Goodwin! **3. The Power of Repetition:**
Understand the importance of repetition in learning and conveying your message effectively to potential clients. Embrace the idea that repetition is key to deep understanding. I've sat on 10+ group calls with my Next Level coaches on building our landing pages & the ABCs of messaging, but hearing it for the 50th time in person it FINALLY landed for me. And the same goes for our potential clients so for whatever content/information you're putting out there and you begin to think you sound like a broken record 😐, it's OK keep sharing!
**4. FLOW Over Force:**
Shift from forcing outcomes to flowing with the process. Explore mindfulness practices to align with the concept of FLOW over force in your business. 👉Pro action item: Try one of my mindfulness moments from my YT channel.
**5. Building a Supportive Community:**
Learning and connection happens in groups. I was at another James Wedmore event in December - his Business By Design Conference - and Lori Harder took the stage. She dropped many gems but 1 was - your comeback rate depends largely on your community & shared on when she was having some setbacks with getting her book picked up and had a particular disappointing call of someone saying NO to her book, she called up her crew, and within 15 min - she was “back on top of the world” because her people poured into her. If your an entrepreneur - make sure you have a “crew” - be it your biz besties, a group of high-vibe women, your best friends, your partner - whomever to help LIFT YOU UP on the tough days. It’s a reminder the vital role of community in the success and growth of your business. Reflect on where you find your support system and how it impacts your journey.
**6. Simplifying Processes:**
Stop overcomplicating it. ‘Nuff said. This one’s hard. But it's for real. I'm in a launch right now and it seems too simple. I am still VERY MUCH in a learning phase but, I'm realizing launching doesn't need to feel like Oh Sh*T scary. I'm using repeatable systems I learned in Business By Design and reminding myself, “it gets to be simple.” Avoid overcomplicating tasks and embrace simplicity in your business strategies. Explore repeatable systems and strategies for smoother launches and operations. **7. Time Management and Boundaries:**
Protect your time as a precious resource by setting boundaries and prioritizing tasks. My time boundaries are sacred. So are yours!! Look, time is a precious resource. Money… welp psssssht - you can make more of that 😉😉 But time 🕑… it can slip away if we aren't INTENTIONAL about that. Protect your time. And for a past “people pleaser” and “servant/helper” this 1 can be the most difficult. For me in this season - it means I can't take every coffee chat ☕ request because I'll let my schedule fill with non-productive chats & I won't get the 5% tasks done in my business. But that's for me. Reflect on how you can better manage your time to focus on high-impact activities.
**8. Embracing Analytics:**
Don't shy away from analyzing metrics and numbers in your business. Understand the importance of tracking leads, email open rates, and the effectiveness of your launch systems for business growth. Reflection: what metrics are you looking at for the growth and health of your business?
